The growing awareness about the importance of sanitation and hygiene has kept the demand curve of these products at its peak. Earlier limited to industrial use, cleaners and disinfectants have now made their way to common households.
With home cleaning driving the market growth, the ask is not just for the products that can clean but that are also safe and eco-friendly.

Offering products that clean and protect surfaces without using harsh chemicals, Vooki is not just making the homes but the planet safer. Its products are carefully composed with hand-picked ingredients that are non-toxic, skin-friendly and biodegradable.
Vooki was operating as an offline brand based out of Chennai. Started as a B2B company, it was looking to venture into the B2C segment.
As the pandemic hit in 2020, the brand grew exponentially, establishing a PAN India presence. With this massive expansion, matching the customer expectations in terms of quick deliveries at optimal shipping cost was becoming an issue of concern for Vooki.
Vooki came across a social media advertisement of Pickrr and the journey of the partnership between the duo began.
Pickrr outlined a roadmap of smart and sustainable shipping for Vooki while offering a cost-effective warehousing solution, Pickrr Plus. Just a few months down the line, the company observed a reduction in its shipping cost by 7%. Leveraging just one warehouse of Pickrr, Vooki was able to cut down the delivery turnaround time by 20%.
Around 45% of Vooki’s demand centres now received shipments with a two-day delivery turnaround. With Pickrr’s intelligent logistics solution, Vooki saw 8,233% growth from a humble monthly order volume of 60 shipments in January to 5000+ shipments in September 2021.

It started as a logistics partner for us—today, we are leveraging its fulfilment centres based out of Gurgaon, Mumbai and soon we’ll start with Bangalore as well,” says Vooki’s logistics head, Ramasamy. “From the account manager to the fulfilment executives, the team at Pickrr has always promptly responded and solved our problems,” he mentions. He goes on to add that Pickrr has reduced the delivery time from 6-7 days to 2-3 days helping Vooki improve customer satisfaction.
